We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to join our team at Solitaire International LLP. This role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at improving individual and team performance. If you are passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct fitness training sessions tailored to individual or organizational needs
Develop and update training materials as required
Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass
Experience: 1 to 6 years in a relevant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver clear instructions and demonstrate subject matter expertise
