Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Trainer located in Kerala, India. The Fitness Trainer will offer professional fitness instruction, conduct group exercise sessions, and develop personalized fitness programs. The role involves assessing clients' fitness levels, providing guidance during workouts, and monitoring clients' progress. Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring a supportive, motivating environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fitness Training, Fitness Instruction, and Group Exercise
• Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and best practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to build client rapport and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
• Relevant certifications in fitness training and instruction
• Experience in an on-site fitness role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
