Role Description:

We are looking for passionate, certified Fitness Coaches and Yoga Instructors to join our growing online team.

This is a part-time and remote position, where you will work with clients of different age groups and fitness levels — guiding them through personalized workout or yoga sessions, helping them stay consistent, and motivating them to achieve their wellness goals.

Please Note:

This role is exclusively for fitness trainers and yoga professionals. Applicants with backgrounds solely in nutrition, dietetics, or diet counseling will not be considered.

However, candidates with multiple expertise — in fitness training, yoga, nutrition, and diet planning — will be prioritized during selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or group fitness and yoga sessions virtually.
• Design customized workout or yoga routines based on client goals and needs.
• Provide guidance on posture, alignment, form, and injury prevention.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness and yoga trends and training techniques.
• Deliver exceptional support, motivation, and progress tracking through the app.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal training or yoga instruction.
• Strong knowledge of fitness, strength training, yoga, and holistic wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage clients virtually.
• Professional certifications in fitness training, yoga, pilates, or related fields.
• Multi-skilled professionals with additional knowledge in nutrition and diet will be preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms is an advantage.
• Applicants with only nutrition or diet-related certifications will not be shortlisted.
