Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Status Management:

Update and maintain a centralized spreadsheet/log with accurate, daily entries for each clients progress.
Track key metrics such as workout adherence, dietary compliance, check-in feedback, and client flags/issues.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as the point of contact for ongoing client communication regarding their progress updates or non-technical queries.
Notify the head coach (Ganesh) about any red flags or client concerns requiring immediate attention.

Check-in Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule weekly check-ins between Ganesh and clients.
Ensure each clients check-in is prepared with a one-page status summary highlighting:

Wins for the week
Challenges faced
Any deviations from the plan
Recommendations or feedback

Reporting:

Create and maintain dashboards or simple visual reports (via Google Sheets or similar) for team visibility.
Summarize weekly data and progress for internal review.

Process & SOP Adherence:

Follow Muscle Alchemist’s internal SOPs for client tracking and communication.
Suggest improvements to streamline communication and documentation processes.
