Fit Technician- Menswear

Role Overview: As a Fit Technician in Menswear for an expanding mens brand based in Hyderabad, your role will be pivotal in translating design intent into accurate specifications, ensuring perfect fits, and developing production-ready patterns across knits and wovens. Your main focus will be on maintaining speed-to-market and cost-efficiency while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create tech packs and measurement charts - Develop and adjust patterns for various menswear categories - Manage sample fittings - Oversee fabric and garment testing - Maintain data and PLM discipline - Analyze returns and propose fit block refinements for continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Apparel Technology or equivalent - 7-12 years of experience as a Fit/Pattern Technician in menswear - Technical mastery in pattern making, grading, marker planning - In-depth knowledge of knit and woven constructions - Proficiency in tools such as Gerber/AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex, Excel/Google Sheets, and PLM workflow systems - Soft skills like attention to detail, effective communication, vendor coaching ability, analytical mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment Join this dynamic role where your technical expertise and passion for menswear fashion will contribute to the success of the brand.,
