Job Title: Fit-out Executive (Strong in MEP Execution)

Fit-out Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• MEP Execution:

  Take full ownership of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works during the fit-out execution stage, ensuring technical accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with design and safety standards.

• Project Coordination:

  Assist in managing end-to-end retail fit-out projects with a strong focus on site execution, quality control, and timely handover.

• Site Supervision:

  Actively monitor on-site progress for all MEP and civil/interior activities, resolving issues and ensuring that work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

  Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to manage installation, testing, and commissioning of systems efficiently.

• Design Compliance:

  Review MEP and GFC drawings; ensure proper coordination and alignment with architectural and interior design layouts.

• Quality & Safety Standards:

  Ensure MEP installations meet relevant standards and codes; enforce safety practices on-site.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive project documentation including MEP drawings, approvals, handover checklists, and warranties.

• Resource Planning:

  Support the planning and allocation of resources (materials, equipment, manpower) for MEP execution.

• Progress Monitoring:

  Track work progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and escalate issues proactively.

• Post-Completion Support:

  Assist in testing and handover of systems and help schedule preventive maintenance of MEP installations.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  , Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 24 years of experience

  in

  retail/commercial fit-out projects

  with strong MEP site execution background.
• In-depth knowledge of

  HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, lighting, and power systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  interiors, false ceiling, partitions

  , and general civil works.
• Ability to

  read and interpret MEP & civil drawings

  , and align execution with technical layouts.
• Proficient in tools like

  AutoCAD

  ; experience with MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively to various project sites.
