As a Senior Core Banking Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, upgrades, and production support of FIS Systematics Core Banking. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system optimization and reliability according to SLAs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing FIS Systematics Core Banking implementation, upgrades, and production support. - Configuring, testing, and deploying Systematics modules such as ALS, RM, ST, IM, GN, and LN. - Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring proper system integration. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Systematics applications and interfaces. - Coordinating with FIS vendor and internal teams for enhancements, patches, and version upgrades. - Developing and maintaining system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows. - Ensuring compliance with IT security, data privacy, and audit standards. - Providing training and knowledge transfer to junior team members. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in Core Banking Systems, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in FIS Systematics. - Strong understanding of banking operations and products (Retail, Corporate, and Treasury). - Expertise in Systematics modules such as ALS, RM, GN, ST, IM, or similar. - Solid knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and mainframe environments (highly preferred). - Proven track record in Core Banking transformation or migration projects. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). - Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh. Preferred Skills: - Experience with DevOps pipelines, microservices, or cloud-hosted Core Banking platforms. - Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) or ITIL. - Previous experience in large-scale banking projects in the GCC region.
