Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced FIS Systematics Core Banking Expert to join our IT Core Banking team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in the FIS Systematics platform and extensive experience in managing, configuring, and supporting core banking modules across different business domains such as deposits, loans, payments, and customer management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage FIS Systematics Core Banking implementation, upgrades, and production support. Configure, test, and deploy Systematics modules such as ALS, RM, ST, IM, GN, and LN. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure proper system integration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Systematics applications and interfaces. Optimize performance and ensure system availability and reliability according to SLAs. Coordinate with FIS vendor and internal teams for enhancements, patches, and version upgrades. Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows. Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and audit standards. Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in Core Banking Systems , with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in FIS Systematics . Strong understanding of banking operations and products (Retail, Corporate, and Treasury). Expertise in Systematics modules such as ALS, RM, GN, ST, IM, or similar. Experience in Systematics integration with external systems (payments, CRM, AML, etc.). Solid knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and mainframe environments (highly preferred). Proven track record in Core Banking transformation or migration projects . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh . Preferred Skills: Experience with DevOps pipelines, microservices , or cloud-hosted Core Banking platforms. Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) or ITIL . Previous experience in large-scale banking projects in the GCC region .
