Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience (min. 2+ yrs) in two or more security areas, such as:

✔ Checkpoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco Firewalls
✔ Web ATP (Palo Alto)✔ Firewall Rule Analyzer: AlgoSec✔ NIPS: Cisco✔ Malicious IP Blocking: NetScout

• Manage and optimize firewall policies as per security standards
• Review firewall change requests ensuring compliance with customer policies
• Monitor network security devices & identify potential outages or issues
• Coordinate with vendors when required to resolve operational challenges
• Analyze alerts and alarms from NIPS/ATP and report findings to customers
• Manage daily tickets – change requests & service requests
• Perform daily backup of SOC devices and move to external storage
• Conduct firewall policy optimization & fine-tuning using AlgoSec

Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of network & security fundamentals
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment (if applicable)
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and respond to threats efficiently
