Job Description

plans, reviews, and executes fire protection projects, coordinating design (sprinklers, alarms) with

Responsibilities

Plan and manage fire safety projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Handle procurement of materials and equipment.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or related field.
Certification in Project Management
Minimum of 5 + years of experience in project management, specifically in MEP fire fighting Design or a related field.
Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
