Job Description

Role Overview: As a PAM - commercial, your main focus will be on creating a strong culture of workplace safety. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety management systems onsite. Daily walkthroughs around the facility will be part of your routine to ensure that corrective actions are promptly taken and reports are submitted for immediate action. In addition to workplace safety, you may also handle tasks related to environmental health and safety occasionally. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise vendors and ensure their compliance with MOM and local regulations during their operations. - Conduct in-house safety orientation and tool-box meetings for all vendors on-site. - Organize regular site inspections to verify that vendors adhere to onsite safety regulations. Qualification Required: - Minimum of five years of experience in onsite management or relevant industry exposure. - Possession of certifications such as BCSS, WAH manager/assessor, MEWP, and WSH level B is essential.
