Job Description

Short summary:
We need an experienced Field Engineer for onsite installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV, Fire Alarm and Audio/Video systems. Immediate joining.

Key responsibilities:

Install, commission and maintain CCTV, Fire Alarm and A/V systems.
Perform onsite troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate material & spares with office team; update service reports daily.
Ensure safety, follow SOPs and escalate complex issues to senior team.
Liaise with customers for site access and handovers.

Qualifications & experience:

Diploma / Bachelor in Electronics / IT / Telecom or equivalent.
2–5 years hands-on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, A/V systems (preferred).
Practical knowledge of wiring, camera configuration, NVR/DVR, sensor testing.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Valid local travel availability; own tools preferred.
