Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring a highly skilled Fircosoft Developer (SAS Integration Specialist) to join a dynamic technology team within a leading foreign bank. The role involves developing, integrating, and supporting Fircosoft SAS environments, with a focus on real-time transaction screening and compliance.  

Experience: 5- 6  Years  

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Noida  

Mode of Work: Full Time  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and implement integration solutions between Fircosoft SAS (Firco Continuity) and internal systems like payment engines, core banking, and customer databases.  
  
• Configure Fircosoft components to meet business and compliance rules for real-time screening.  
  
• Develop custom utilities, scripts, and interfaces to extend platform functionality.  
  
• Build and optimize Firco Filter Sets and Rules.  
  
• Integrate Firco with payment channels (SWIFT, etc.) and core banking systems.  
  
• Fine-tune fuzzy matching algorithms and screening rules to reduce false positives.  
  
• Manage watchlist feeds (OFAC, UN, EU) within Fircosoft .  
  
• Maintain Fircosoft Command Center and administrative tools.  
  
• Provide Tier 3 support for Fircosoft SAS, resolving complex production issues.  
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for patches, upgrades, and system health.  
  
• Document system architecture, integration designs, and operational procedures.  
  
• Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams to translate requirements.  
  
• Liaise with LexisNexis Risk Solutions for support and product alignment.  
  
• Ensure adherence to IT governance and regulatory standards (AML/KYC).  
  
  

Requirements:  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Fircosoft products in SAS or on - premise environments.  
  
• Proven integration experience with Firco Continuity and payment formats (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022).  
  
• Strong technical skills in:  
  
• Java / J2EE  
  
• SQL and relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)  
  
• Unix/Linux shell scripting  
  
• Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML/JSON  
  
• Deep understanding of financial crime compliance: Sanctions Screening, PEPs, AML, KYC.  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Experience in global financial institutions.  
  
• Familiarity with LexisNexis Risk Solutions ecosystem.  
  
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices.  
  
• Exposure cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
