Job Title: Finishing Manager – Bag Division

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Finishing Manager for our bag division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the final stages of production, ensuring every bag is inspected, finished, packed, and dispatched as per quality standards and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all finishing activities including trimming, quality inspection, ironing/pressing, tagging, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure the final product meets company quality and presentation standards.

Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Maintain records of daily output, rejection rates, and manpower utilization.

Train finishing staff on quality standards, work methods, and safety protocols.

Inspect final products for stitching, alignment, labeling, and packaging accuracy.

Resolve issues related to rework or quality concerns in a timely manner.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the finishing area.

Key Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in finishing or quality control, preferably in the bags, garments, or accessories industry.

Eye for detail with a strong sense of quality and finish.

Ability to manage and lead a team of finishers and packers.

Good record-keeping and communication skills.

Knowledge of different types of bags (fabric, leather, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
