Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor
finishing works
including:

Plaster works
Block / masonry works
FRC tiles installation
Stone and tile works

Ensure execution as per
approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
.
Coordinate with
Finishing Foremen, contractors, and vendors
for daily execution.
Prepare and review
work schedules
, method statements, and checklists.
Monitor
material consumption
, reconciliation, and wastage control.
Prepare and submit
daily / weekly material monitoring reports
.
Raise
material indents
and track approvals and deliveries.
Update
progress, quantities, and material data in ERP system
.
Conduct
quality inspections
and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
Identify and close
snags, punch points, and finishing defects
.
Prepare and submit
Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
.
Coordinate with
QA/QC, Planning, Stores, and Safety teams
.
Ensure adherence to
safety norms and site protocols
.
Assist in
client / consultant inspections and handover activities
.
