This role involves nurturing creativity and artistic skills in students, ensuring effective delivery of art education aligned with our institutional values of integrity and innovation. Qualifications And Skills A Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree is mandatory for applicants. Previous experience as a Drawing teacher is a mandatory skill required for this role. Proficiency in various art forms, particularly Drawing, is required to guide students effectively. Knowledge and skills in Painting allow for comprehensive art education delivery and are required for this role. Experience with Sketching is essential in fostering students' foundational art skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles in art education. Strong communication skills to clearly convey artistic concepts and techniques. A passion for art and teaching, with the patience and creativity to inspire young learners in their artistic pursuits. Roles And Responsibilities Plan and execute art lessons, ensuring alignment with educational standards and fostering creativity in students. Facilitate drawing, sketching, and painting sessions to help students develop technical skills and artistic expression. Assess students' artwork, providing constructive feedback to enhance their artistic abilities. Encourage students to participate in art exhibitions and competitions to broaden their exposure and experience. Maintain an inspiring and safe classroom environment that promotes artistic experimentation and learning. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and creativity into broader curricular activities and projects. Stay updated with current art trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methodologies. Engage with parents and school administration to communicate students' progress and achievements in art.
