We are seeking a *Senior Oracle Forms and PL/SQL Developer* with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in *Oracle Forms (10g/11g/12c)*, *PL/SQL*, and *Oracle Reports*, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also experience in *leading development efforts*, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities: **

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using *Oracle Forms*, *Oracle Reports*, and *PL/SQL*.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, triggers, functions, and complex SQL queries. Perform code reviews , provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions. Provide support for production issues, including performance tuning and bug resolution. Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to modernization initiatives (e.g., migrating from Oracle Forms to web-based platforms). Prepare technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents. Work closely with DBA and infrastructure teams on deployment, version control, and backup strategies. Stay updated on Oracle technology stack and best practices.

• *Required Skills & Qualifications: **

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years* of hands-on experience in *Oracle Forms and Reports development*.

Extensive experience in *Oracle PL/SQL*, including performance tuning and writing efficient, scalable code.
Strong understanding of *Oracle RDBMS architecture*, data modeling, and relational design. Experience in end-to-end SDLC, including requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support. Proven experience in *leading teams*, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior developers. Familiarity with *change management tools*, *version control systems*, and *CI/CD processes*.

• *Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): **

Exposure to *Oracle APEX* or experience with *modernizing legacy Oracle Forms applications*.
Knowledge of *Unix/Linux shell scripting*. Experience integrating with *web services*, *REST/SOAP APIs*, or other third-party systems. Domain expertise in sectors such as *port & terminal or supply chain & logistics projects*.
