Financial Systems Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within the dynamic digital operations team, your primary responsibility will revolve around providing support for day-to-day system operations, specifically troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial systems such as NetSuite, Avalara, Adaptive, and Kolleno. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite. Additionally, you will be assisting in system implementation projects, ensuring successful configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite modules. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with financial systems/ERP as a Business Analyst or Systems administrator. A strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, is essential. You should also demonstrate proficiency in core accounting processes such as AR/AP, order management, financial reporting, and revenue recognition, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be crucial in this role, as you will be required to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred skills include NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer), proficiency in revenue recognition principles, and experience in implementing revenue recognition processes within NetSuite.
