Financial Systems Analyst

As a Finance Systems Analyst at Kent based in Mumbai, India, you will collaborate with the Finance team to identify and implement automation and reporting improvements using Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, and financial performance reporting. You will also develop and manage Power Apps to streamline finance-specific processes and automate recurring manual tasks through Power Automate. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform-related issues, ensuring data quality, governance, and secure integration between various systems. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with practical experience and a proven track record in Power Platform development will also be considered favorably. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform certification or equivalent, as well as full-stack development skills. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices. Key competencies for this role include hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, proficiency in SmartView and HsGet functions for Oracle EPM, knowledge of data modeling and database concepts, and familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, and cloud planning tools. An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to train users, and manage priorities independently in a global, multicultural environment are also important.
