Skills:

• Possess a basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device enrolments.
• Coordinate with the L2 team and vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth IT setup for new employees.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.

Experience 2-5 years

Requirements:

• CA Inter qualification with a Bachelor s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred).
• 2 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software tools such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting standards.
• Prior experience in IT or technology-driven organizations (preferred).
• Exposure to cost analysis, budgeting tools, and process automation initiatives (preferred).
