Role Overview: As a Financial Reporting professional, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the financial reporting process. This includes consolidating financial statements, preparing quarterly and annual reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators. - Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies. - Coordinate external audits conducted by independent auditors and address audit findings. - Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling, to support business decisions. - Stay updated on financial regulations specific to the renewable energy industry and ensure compliance. - Continuously evaluate and improve financial reporting processes, streamline workflows, and identify automation opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - CPA or equivalent certification preferred. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. - Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and audit coordination. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate financial information effectively to management. - Proficiency in financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.
