Financial Planning Specialist

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and passion-driven FP&A individual, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Prepare timely and accurate financial analysis and reports - Define growth & profitability metrics and key business assumptions - Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions - Assist in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan with inputs from the business - Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy - Responsible for preparing monthly rolling forecasts and maintaining accuracy closer to actuals - Conduct thorough variance analysis and make corrective actions - Conduct growth & margin analysis from multi-dimensions to drive localized strategies - Support long-term strategic planning processes by providing long-term projections and analysis - Help identify growth opportunities and potential risks - Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives - Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations - Understand and evaluate new/adhoc requirements diligently and ensure timely delivery - Strive for continuous improvements in management dashboards and reporting decks,
