Position Title: Assistant Manager, Finance
Reports to: Director Finance, India
Number of subordinates : 0
Locations: Pune, India
Incumbent will be primarily responsible for working closely with Finance Director for FP&A
activities, Compliances (Direct and Indirect Taxes), Statutory Audit, Internal Control, Internal
Audits and Continuous Improvements in Finance function.
• Good understanding of Indian GAAP, IND AS, and US GAAP,
•
Lead FP&A activities for Engineered Chek business and provide analysis /
presentation to Management,
• Facilitate and Lead completion of Statutory Audit, and Internal Audits,
•
To ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls, SOX Audit and compliance
with Corporate policies,
•
Direct Tax work with Consultants for Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing
Compliances and Assessments,
• Indirect Tax overview with Consultants for GST compliances and Assessments,
• Payroll - Accounting and Accruals for periodic book closing and audits,
• Drives Continuous Improvement Roadmap for Finance Function
•
Recommends and implements accounting procedures and practices for
departmental efficiency improvements,
• CA / CMA with 8-10 years’ experience in similar role,
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English is essential.
• Ability to multi-tasking in challenging timeline framework aligning US time zone,
• Position is primarily based in Pune but requires travel to Satara plant,
• Exposure to consolidation / reporting tools like HFM/Oracle will be preferred,
• Computer skills: Excellent command in MS Excel and proficiency with other MS
Office applications (MS Word, MS Power-point)
Working experience in an Integrated ERP environment is preferred
