Job Description

The Financial Market Sales Manager in Wholesale Banking is responsible for delivering FX & Derivatives products to existing clients and expanding market share by developing relationships. The primary focus is on engaging Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Non-Resident, and Retail FX customers through Retail Branches and dedicated Relationship Managers. By partnering with coverage divisions, the Sales Manager will offer treasury products to broaden client coverage. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, driving growth in FX & Derivatives business, and achieving business targets. The Sales Manager will be required to analyze clients" risk exposures, recommend hedging structures for cost efficiency, and promote the use of digitized delivery channels for Treasury products. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in FX derivatives, Equity Sales, and Trade finance. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in FX sales is required. Education qualifications include a Graduation degree (Any Graduate) and a Post-graduation degree, preferably an MBA (Premier).,
