Qualifications Required: - Strong academic background with a degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. - Work experience is not mandatory. For experienced candidates, a good understanding and experience in futures markets with a proven track record are essential. - Skill set required includes being numerate, proficient in math, quick thinker especially under high pressure, competitive, sharp with deep intelligence, hardworking, passionate and driven to succeed, able to perform even better under pressure, and retain the capacity for dispassionate learning in real-time. Demonstrated strength of character traits like integrity, initiative, judgment, commitment, emotional stability, persistence, and resilience are also valued.
