Financial Literacy Trainer

Education and Qualifications Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. Certifications: Certifications in financial literacy, BFSI, or NISM/NABARD modules can be a plus. Experience Training/Teaching: Prior experience in teaching or delivering training, especially to students or vulnerable groups, is valuable. Finance/Banking: Experience in banking, financial inclusion, or financial literacy programs is often required. Content Development: Experience in designing and delivering engaging financial literacy content is a key requirement. Skills and Competencies Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and engagingly. Interpersonal Skills: Patience, the ability to motivate groups, and cultural sensitivity are crucial for working with diverse audiences. Digital Literacy: Proficiency with digital tools, online platforms, and mobile banking is increasingly important for delivering training. Content Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial literacy, budgeting, saving, investing, and entrepreneurship is necessary. Program Management: Skills in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on training outcomes are often required. Personal Attributes Passion: A genuine passion for youth development, financial empowerment, and education. Creativity: A creative mindset to design engaging activities and lesson plans. Adaptability: The willingness to adapt to different audiences and work in various settings, potentially including remote or field-based locations.
