Financial & Investment Analyst

As a Financial & Investment Analyst with the Group comprising of three verticals - Asset Management, Alternative Investment Fund, and Financial Advisory, you will provide comprehensive financial and advisory services to corporates at various stages of their lifecycle. Your core services will involve buyout and management of stressed assets, revival of companies under insolvency, and liquidation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. - Analyze financial data, create financial models, and Credit Notes for decision support. - Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with the team to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. - Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization. - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. - Increase productivity by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools. - Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Holding NISM Certificate XIX-C or XIX-D AIF(Alternate Investment Fund). Office Location: Phase II, Cyber City, Gurugram.
