As a Financial Inclusion Project Coordinator (CA Fresher)/ CA Finalist at our organization based in Indore, your role involves coordinating activities between the Head Office, Zonal Offices of various banks, insurance companies, and clients for the Insurance & Financial Inclusion project. Your primary responsibilities include: - Coordination with Banks and Insurance Company: - Act as a liaison between the organization and partner banks and insurance companies. - Facilitate meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Monitor progress, identify issues, and address them in a timely manner. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for smooth execution of financial inclusion strategies. - Project Management: - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring financial inclusion projects. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders. - Support the development of strategies to enhance financial literacy and inclusion. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze data related to banking and insurance transactions. - Prepare reports and dashboards to track project performance. - Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. - Training and Capacity Building: - Conduct training sessions for bank staff, subordinates, and agents on financial products. - Support in developing training modules tailored to stakeholder needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. - 0-1 years of experience in a similar role or within the financial services sector. - Strong understanding of financial products, insurance products, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
