Roles and Responsibilities

Provide financial counseling to patients undergoing cancer treatment, taking into account their medical history, financial situation, and personal preferences.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in oncology finance to provide expert advice.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in financial counseling or IPD billing

Strong understanding of healthcare terms .
Excellent communication skills for effective patient counseling and education.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
