Financial Application Analyst-D365 Support

You will be joining Annalect India, an integral part of Annalect Global and Omnicom Group, a leading global marketing communications company. Annalect India provides stellar products and services in areas such as Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science (data & analytics), Business Support Services, Market Research, and Media Services. As a Microsoft D365 Support team member, your responsibilities will include providing first-line assistance to customers, resolving Microsoft D365 issues or administrative requests, handling customer setup/change requests, billing issues, new financial dimension requests, project transaction corrections, troubleshooting issues, and completing ServiceNow support tickets in a timely manner. You will also provide light training to agency end users, assist with internal and external audit requests, escalate advanced support issues when necessary, and assist with regression testing of code deployment to Microsoft D365 and Service. Reporting to the ERP Support Manager, the ideal candidate for this position will have a graduate/postgraduate degree in commerce/finance, experience using Dynamics AX 2012 R3/Microsoft D365 as a Tech Support, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks with aggressive deadlines, understand business concepts and technical systems processes, and adapt to changes in work tasks. This role requires working in shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.,
