Annalect India provides stellar products and services in areas such as Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science (data & analytics), Business Support Services, Market Research, and Media Services. As a Microsoft D365 Support team member, your responsibilities will include providing first-line assistance to customers, resolving Microsoft D365 issues or administrative requests, handling customer setup/change requests, billing issues, new financial dimension requests, project transaction corrections, troubleshooting issues, and completing ServiceNow support tickets in a timely manner. You will also provide light training to agency end users, assist with internal and external audit requests, escalate advanced support issues when necessary, and assist with regression testing of code deployment to Microsoft D365 and Service. Reporting to the ERP Support Manager, the ideal candidate for this position will have a graduate/postgraduate degree in commerce/finance, experience using Dynamics AX 2012 R3/Microsoft D365 as a Tech Support, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks with aggressive deadlines, understand business concepts and technical systems processes, and adapt to changes in work tasks. As a member of Annalect India, you will be responsible for providing first-line assistance to customers who are Microsoft D365 users. Your role will involve using the Service Now application to address and resolve various issues and administrative requests related to Microsoft D365. These may include customer setup/change requests, billing issues, new financial dimension requests, project transaction corrections, troubleshooting login issues, and more. Additionally, you will be expected to complete and close ServiceNow support tickets in a timely manner, documenting the progress and resolution within the ticket. You will also provide light training to agency end users on how to perform certain tasks within Microsoft D365, as well as assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to the application. Working closely with the ERP Support Manager, you will collaborate with agency end users, Omnicom Shared Service departments, and fellow Microsoft D365 Support team members to resolve helpdesk tickets and drive solutions for Microsoft D365 users. This role requires a graduate or postgraduate degree in commerce/finance, experience using Dynamics AX 2012 R3/Microsoft D365 as a Tech Support, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, this role may be the right fit for you.
