Financial Application Analyst-D365 Support

You will be responsible for providing first-line assistance to customers who are Microsoft D365 users. This includes using the Service Now application to help customers resolve their Microsoft D365 issues and administrative requests. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with customer setup/change requests - Resolving billing issues - Handling new financial dimension requests - Correcting project transactions - Troubleshooting issues with purchase orders/quotations and transactions in workflow - Addressing login issues and workflow change requests - Providing light training to agency end users on creating projects, quotations, and purchase orders - Resolving employee onboarding and offboarding issues related to the Microsoft D365 application - Assisting with internal and external audit requests - Escalating advanced Microsoft D365 support issues when necessary - Assisting with regression testing of code deployment to Microsoft D365 and Service You will report to the ERP Support Manager and should enjoy collaborating with agency end users, Omnicom Shared Service departments, and fellow Microsoft D365 Support team members to resolve helpdesk tickets and drive solutions for Microsoft D365 users. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate / Postgraduate degree in commerce/finance - Experience using Dynamics AX 2012 R3/Microsoft D365 as a Tech Support - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and Excel - Strong attention to detail and compassion for all project elements - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and diplomacy - Clear and proactive communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively - Understanding of business concepts, technical systems processes, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing work tasks - Willingness to work in the shift timing of 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST About the company: Annalect India is an essential part of Annalect Global and Omnicom Group, one of the world's leading advertising agency holding companies.
