Job Title:

Location :- Pune / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
Support in budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments.
Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Work closely with business teams to provide decision-support analytics.
Support in cost analysis and optimization.
Collaborate on automation or digitization of recurring finance processes.
Participate in ad hoc projects such as market benchmarking and ROI analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong understanding of
basic finance concepts
.
Advanced Excel proficiency
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
Willingness to
study IT services company financial reports
to understand industry benchmarks and financial structures.
Ability to
compare balance sheets and draw meaningful insights.
