Your primary goal is to provide clients with suitable insurance solutions, build trust, and help them secure their financial future. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.) Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable LIC policies. Explain policy details, benefits, premium options, and terms to customers. Facilitate policy documentation and ensure smooth processing. Provide post-sale service and help clients with renewals, claims, and updates. Maintain relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Attend LIC training programs and continuously update product knowledge.
