**Job Title:** Sr. Software Engineer Finance Technology (SAP ABAP / FICO)

**About the Role:**
Seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer – Finance Technology (SAP ABAP / FICO) to design, develop, and implement advanced SAP solutions for global finance operations. This role demands strong ABAP expertise, deep understanding of FICO integration, and a passion for innovation in SAP digital transformation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and implement SAP FICO enhancements and customizations. - Develop, test, and optimize ABAP programs, BAPIs, IDOCs, and custom objects. - Support integration with third-party systems and upgrades to S/4HANA. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions. - Collaborate closely with business and functional consultants to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - **8+ years of hands-on experience** in SAP ABAP with focus on FICO modules. - Strong in Data Dictionary, Smart Forms, ALV, debugging, and custom enhancements. - Solid knowledge of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - SAP ABAP/FICO certification is a plus.
