Business Analyst Must Automotive Domain Bangalore

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a leading global automotive manufacturer in Bangalore. You will be the bridge between global business leaders (U.S. & Europe) and the India-based Global Capability Center, driving high-impact Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across business units (U.S., Europe, India) Define and execute Analytics, ML, and GenAI projects Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) Map as-is / to-be processes and propose improvements Evaluate feasibility with technical teams and propose structured solutions Drive adoption of the enterprise data marketplace and digital initiatives Support ERP, telematics, and integration projects Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams

Must-Have Skills
6+ years experience as a Business Analyst At least 3 years in the automotive industry Strong expertise in Quality, Engineering R&D, or Supply Chain processes Proven track record on Analytics/ML projects (GenAI exposure is a plus) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories experience Based in Bangalore (onsite in Whitefield, with limited WFH) Nice-to-Have Skills ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Telematics platforms Knowledge of data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL basics) BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA); Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM) German language skills (optional) Why Join Us?
