Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Finance & Strategy team at Stripe, where you will be responsible for converting various business-planning use cases into modules in Anaplan. Your role will involve leading design sessions to prototype new modeling solutions and continuously improve system capabilities. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing the long-term Anaplan roadmap to enhance business processes and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Finance & Strategy team to convert various business-planning use cases into modules in Anaplan, and continuously improve system capabilities. - Lead design sessions to prototype new modeling solutions for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. - Own ongoing system maintenance and recommend improvements to drive efficiencies across Finance & Strategy. - Play a key role in designing the long-term Anaplan roadmap. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience with Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, TM1, or similar. - Strong analytical skills and a deep interest in problem-solving using technology to improve business processes. - Expert modeling capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex planning models and design modeling solutions. - Subject matter expertise in financial management systems, including an understanding of accounting principles. - Strong understanding of integration best practices. - Excellent relationship skills to effectively work with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and various development teams. - Proclivity for working in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn. (Note: Preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement) Additional Details: In-office expectations: - Office-assigned Stripes in most locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. - Expectations may vary depending on role, team, and location. - Approach helps balance in-person collaboration and flexibility when possible.,
