Finance Reporting Intermediate Analyst - C11

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing balance sheet account reconciliations for various legal entities across EMEA in adherence to Corporate guidelines. Your role will involve resolving reconciling items, ensuring accurate reporting into Citi reporting tool eRecon, and communicating with Legal Entity Managers regarding reconciliation status. Proactive stakeholder management, participation in cross-functional initiatives, and taking charge of your training needs will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations for legal entities in EMEA to a high standard - Follow up and resolve reconciling items - Report reconciliation status accurately in Citi reporting tool eRecon - Communicate with Legal Entity Managers on reconciliation status - Escalate account-related issues to Regional Balance Sheet Control - Engage in proactive stakeholder management with various teams - Provide high-quality updates and problem resolution via email - Participate in cross-functional initiatives at a Center Level - Take ownership of training needs and develop training plan - Actively engage in team meetings and provide constructive inputs - Encourage team members to speak up and build trust within the team Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in balance sheet account reconciliations - Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders across multiple locations - Ability to proactively manage stakeholder relationships - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of training and development - Team player with vocal leadership skills - Approachable and trustworthy team member,
