Finance Oracle Fusion Functional Manager

As a Manager Oracle Finance (FDA) at Agoda, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing systems and processes that drive our Finance functions. With over 5 years of experience in finance system projects and operations, especially within Oracle Fusion Finance systems, you will be the System Owner for Off The Shelf Systems, collaborating with various departments like Finance Operations, IT, Product, Legal, and Partner Services to ensure seamless integration. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage projects, and collaborate across teams will be key to your success. In this role, you will be expected to provide expert finance insights in business discussions, develop and configure finance technology solutions, support testing phases, evaluate and improve finance systems and processes, analyze and resolve technical issues, and stay updated on accounting and tax developments within the travel industry. Your adaptability to fast-paced environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential for delivering value to the business. To succeed in this role, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with solid stakeholder management experience, vendor management skills, project management capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional accounting qualification, experience with compliance and regulatory standards, familiarity with project management methodologies, data analytics, Oracle Fusion ERP, and knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools will be advantageous.
