Finance Manager(Odoo)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and accounting operations as a Finance Manager in Calicut. Your expertise in using Odoo ERP software for financial operations will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and generating accurate reports to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. - Maintain accurate financial records and statements using Odoo software. - Monitor cash flow, fund management, and coordinate with auditors. - Support internal departments with financial data and insights. - Streamline financial processes and recommend system improvements using Odoo ERP. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter is a plus). - Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management. - Proficiency in Odoo ERP software is mandatory. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a small team. - Familiarity with Indian tax laws and statutory compliance.
