### Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) team in Noida. This role involves managing comprehensive financial operations for a high-volume law firm based in New York City, offering direct exposure to US legal industry financial practices. ### Key Responsibilities - **QuickBooks Management**: Maintain and optimize QuickBooks accounting system for seamless financial operations - **Invoicing & Collections**: Handle end-to-end invoicing processes and manage client collections efficiently - **Financial Reconciliation**: Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance - **Bi-Weekly Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management review - **Client Coordination**: Work closely with NYC-based law firm management team on financial matters - **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in financial workflows ### Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles - Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification preferred) - Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and practices - Experience with invoicing and collections processes - Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience working with US clients or law firms is highly preferred ### Preferred Skills - Previous LPO or legal industry experience - Knowledge of legal billing practices and trust accounting - Familiarity with legal practice management software - CPA or CA qualification (advantage) - Experience with high-volume transaction processing ### What We Offer - Competitive salary package - Opportunity to work with prestigious NYC law firm - Professional development and training programs - Modern office facilities in Noida - Growth opportunities within expanding LPO operations - Exposure to US legal market practices ### Working Arrangements - Full-time position with US business hours overlap - Direct reporting to US-based management team ### Application Process Qualified candidates should submit their resume along with a cover letter highlighting relevant experience in legal or professional services financial management.
