Job Description

As a Finance Manager (Business Partnering) based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Director in various financial matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Finance Director in financial tasks such as month-end close, reporting, business plan maintenance, forecasting, and handling ad hoc requests. - Acting as a trusted point of contact for business leaders, offering commercial and financial decision support, and challenging business profitability to enhance future performance. - Assisting in the creation and monitoring of investment business cases, tracking cost savings, and managing service-based recoveries. - Ensuring efficient 3rd party contract renewals to procure only necessary resources. - Producing clear and concise presentations including Quarterly Performance Reviews, Business Plan packs, waterfalls, and dashboards. - Collaborating with the Head of FP&A for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making. - Developing and maintaining financial models, tools, and systems to support the FP&A function and improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. - Partnering with divisional finance teams and operational managers to provide financial support, guidance, and challenge for performance improvement and value creation. - Contributing to the enhancement of FP&A processes, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with group standards and requirements. - Demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders and provide analytical insights for identifying opportunities to drive change and improve efficiency. - Ensuring accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines consistently. - Utilizing your understanding of the customer landscape and drivers to provide recommendations for contract/service pricing, cash, and margin optimization. - Leveraging excellent knowledge of MS Excel (including XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation, etc.) and MS Office applications. - Demonstrating experience in working with service sector organizations and proficiency in SAP. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in analysis, accounting, and management reporting role. - Qualified with CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA certifications. - Skills in budgeting, business partnering, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Knowledge and working experience with other tools. Additionally, you will be part of the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and will be working full-time on a permanent basis. Your role will focus on ITES/BPO/Customer Service with the opportunity to contribute to performance improvement and value creation within the organization.,
