Today, we work in 7 states and 1 Union Territory with a potential to reach over

3,50,000 schools.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for review of monthly book closure activities along with financial schedules.
2. Proficiency in preparing accurate financial statements including Balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flows in compliance with both Indian GAAP and IndAS.
3. Strong understanding of statutory reporting and audit requirements. Drive statutory and tax audit of group entities.
4. Preparation of Consolidated financial statements of the group.
5. Participate in compliances with Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
6. Preparation of IndAS 116 workpaper.
7. Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and IndAS.
8. Review of monthly and quarterly returns such as TDS returns 26Q and 27Q, GST returns GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR 9.
9. Review of Form 3CD, 10B/10BB and relevant schedules for tax audit.
10. Establish, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
11. Explore and leverage data analytics tools to generate actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualification and experience

1. Chartered accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience.
2. Worked in listed company or audit firm.
3. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Mentor, guide, and support finance team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
