Job Description

An Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies: Oversee accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Manage general ledger, AP/AR, and month/year-end closings. Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Lead budgeting, planning, and cash flow management. Develop financial policies and ensure internal controls. Guide the finance team and support cross-functional decisions. Handle audits, statutory reporting, and financial consolidation. Drive process improvements and evaluate financial systems. Ref:JN-062025-793353
