Finance Integration Office Client Profitability Governance Associate

As a Governance Associate in the Finance team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering set goals for the firm, specifically focused on client profitability. Your role will involve developing and overseeing the control environment, administering controls for client profitability processes, and managing issues and action plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with stakeholders to evaluate the business's risk and control environment, identifying risks, gaps, and proposing necessary controls. - Assist in developing process mapping and documentation through end-to-end process walkthroughs. - Build and maintain knowledge of operational changes, policies, procedures, and operational risk practices. - Ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively to contribute to a proactive risk and control culture. - Develop analytics and automation for controls in the existing and target state of the function. - Perform ongoing analysis of program-related data to ensure alignment with firmwide standards. - Provide assistance in preparing and managing audits and reviews. - Assist in issue and action plan development and closure. **Qualifications Required:** - Business acumen and knowledge of related functions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - Experience with Data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau/Qliksense). - Strong work ethic and organizational skills. In addition to the above, the preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include: - Bachelor's degree required, CA/MBA (Finance) an advantage. - 5 years of experience in financial services industry with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). - Process mapping experience is a plus.,
