Finance Integration Office Client Profitability Governance Associate

As a Governance Associate in our Finance team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the control environment with a focus on Client profitability. Your role will involve partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze the business's risk and control environment, identifying inherent risks, gaps, and issues, and proposing necessary controls. You will assist in developing process mapping and documentation, build and maintain knowledge of operational changes, policies, and procedures, and ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively. You will be a key contributor to developing analytics and automation for controls, performing ongoing analysis of program-related data, and preparing and managing audits and reviews for the function. Your role will also involve assisting in issue and action plan development, gathering evidence, and documenting support for issue closure. To excel in this role, you should possess business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Qliksense. A Bachelor's degree is required, with CA/MBA (Finance) considered an advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping experience would be beneficial for this position.
