Finance & HR In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting, banking, and cash flow
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Prepare MIS, expense reports, and financial summaries for management
  • Process payroll and manage PF, ESI, and labour law compliances
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Implement HR policies and act as a point of contact for employee matters
  • Coordinate audits, consultants, and external agencies

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR) / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred
  • 610 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with HR exposure
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
