Key Roles/Responsibilities:  Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate execution  Prepare detailed quotations with costing and share with clients in collaboration with the Business Development team  Drafting project scope of work and sharing it with client  Derive and analyze project financials for planning and reporting purposes  Participate in financial negotiations and structure commercial terms with stakeholders  Prepare and manage commercial documentation such as MoUs, Purchase Orders (POs), NDAs, and contract agreements  Handle vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, purchase processes, and maintaining vendor accounts  Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports on various financial aspects of the company regularly
