Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: Chennai (In Office)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, reporting, auditing, compliance, and payroll. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting and compliance knowledge, who can ensure cost-effectiveness and regulatory adherence while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts; track budget vs. actual monthly.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, and debt collection follow-ups.
• Verify supplier invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable (AP).
• Process payroll with accuracy (salaries, deductions, statutory contributions).
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Implement internal controls, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in consulting or services).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
