Role Overview: You will be responsible for financial accounting, reporting, costing, budgeting, MIS analytics, process improvement, and controls. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, supporting audits, monitoring cost structures, developing management dashboards, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations - Maintain GL entries and reconcile accounts - Monitor cost structures and assist in cost control initiatives - Support preparation of annual budgets and forecasts - Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions - Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPIs - Provide business insights through financial and operational data analysis - Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for senior management - Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements - Assist in implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent - Candidates with strong MIS background and a finance/accounting degree (B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance) may also be considered Additional Details: You should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and MIS reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) are essential. An analytical mindset with attention to detail, good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities will be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time position with a morning shift and an in-person work location in Hyderabad.
